About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Operations Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical support engineers and analysts, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5 second-line support engineers and 3 helpdesk analysts
- Act as point of contact for escalated service desk queries and incidents
- Proven experience in managing and reporting on a service desk environment
- Experience with Microsoft platforms and networking
- Experience with implementing/updating Service Desk environments using Jira
- Experience working within an AWS Cloud environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT operations and service management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
