Town Council Administrator

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the part-time role of Parish Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer (RFO). The ideal candidate will have high levels of literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. They will be able to work independently, use their initiative to prioritize tasks within agreed timeframes, and communicate effectively with Councillors, the public, contractors, and other organizations.
Job Requirements- High levels of literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently are also essential.
The salary for this position is £1,068 per month, paid for 12 hours of work per week. Authorized overtime is payable as required. In addition to the competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a PC laptop, expenses covered for additional equipment such as printers and mobile phones, and flexible working arrangements.
