Realise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Business Development professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and new business development within the enterprise technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland
  • Develop and further grow existing accounts, creating further revenue streams
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:



  • Proven B2B sales and new business development experience within the enterprise technology sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and own car
  • Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning double this amount through bonus earnings
