IFA Administrator - Shepperton

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Shepperton.

This role will be primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home on occasion.

The Role:

  1. Providing administrative support and processing new business submissions to providers.
  2. Maintaining accurate client data on iO (Back-office system) and completing paperwork correctly.
  3. Preparing documentation for client meetings, including literature, illustrations, and forms from providers.
  4. Fostering effective relationships with external providers through email and telephone communication.
  5. Closing plans efficiently on iO and ensuring income expectations are entered accurately.
  6. Supporting the team, including holiday cover, and enhancing the client experience.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree relevant to this industry or one year's experience in the financial services sector, preferably in an administrative role for an independent whole-of-market IFA.
  • Minimum one year's experience of Intelligent Office.
  • Sound technical knowledge covering investments, pensions, protection for High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts, and Corporates, including the underwriting process.
  • Familiarity with FCA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
