This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team in Shepperton.

About You:

• You're an engaging individual with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
• You're a multitasking master, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease
• You're a team player, working closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for referrals and growth
• You're accountable for your KPIs, proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
• You have a strong presence in front of a camera, appealing to and engaging with your audience

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities and thriving in a stimulating environment
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client
• Generate your own leads and business
• Work collaboratively with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, exceeding expectations with a high level of customer service

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00, with a day off in lieu when working a Saturday
