- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to address urgent needs outside of standard working hours.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in operational coordination within an ambulance, medical service, or similar roles, showing a clear understanding of the unique demands of these environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and client groups.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern scheduling software.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certification in the safe administration of life-saving medications.
- Previous experience in the media and events industry, particularly in roles related to service provision, logistics, or coordination.
