(4 on 4 off rotation - 12 hour shifts)

**Job Description**:
As an Operational Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our three primary business sectors: Primary Care, Media, and Event Medical Services. Your responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, crafting precise quotes for media and event projects, and managing scheduling and staffing needs effectively. An aspect of your role will be providing cover in our on-site medical cabin at Shepperton Studios, where you will ensure that all care and clinical standards are not only met but exceeded, providing the highest level of care and response to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary support resource for the operation of the company's three core business functions — ensuring seamless integration and coordination between them.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to specified timescales and following corporate communication guidelines to maintain service excellence.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for media and event projects, ensuring they meet client needs and internal feasibility and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and optimise scheduling for staff across various projects and locations, maximising efficiency and meeting operational demands.
- Provide clinical cover for the on-site medical cabin at Shepperton Studios, responding to requests for medical assistance and providing care to patients.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, staff, and internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational success.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to address urgent needs outside of standard working hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Certification to a minimum of First Response Emergency Care (FREC) Level 4.
- Demonstrated experience in operational coordination within an ambulance, medical service, or similar roles, showing a clear understanding of the unique demands of these environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and client groups.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern scheduling software.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Certification in the safe administration of life-saving medications.
- Previous experience in the media and events industry, particularly in roles related to service provision, logistics, or coordination.
