About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Spencer & James Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing repair planning and be able to effectively coordinate daily tasks for up to 20 operatives, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Manage daily tasks for up to 20 operatives, maximizing efficiency.
  • Urgent Requests: Prioritize emergency calls for quick resolution.
  • Team Coordination: Assist with on-the-go changes and support site operations.
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch, professional client interactions.
  • Order Allocation: Help allocate at least 60 new repair orders daily.
