About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quarry Team Lead to join our team at Wright Engineering. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a leadership role, overseeing the safe running of our busy quarry and guiding a highly skilled team to achieve daily production goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all activities adhere to legislation and company policies, managing an effective maintenance program for quarry equipment, developing and upholding Standard Operating Procedures, and conducting risk assessments.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a team to achieve daily production goals.
  • Ensuring all activities adhere to legislation and company policies.
  • Managing an effective maintenance program for quarry equipment.
  • Developing and upholding Standard Operating Procedures and conducting risk assessments.
  • Managing mandatory and developmental training programs for staff.
