Youth Engagement Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Engagement Officer to join our team at Thamesmead School in West London.

This is a full-time position that involves designing and delivering youth-focused programs and activities that promote engagement, inclusion, and social mobility.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, parents, and community organizations.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver youth-focused programs and activities that promote engagement and inclusion
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and community organizations to build strong relationships and promote mutual understanding
• Coordinate youth events and activities that promote social cohesion and inclusivity
• Provide guidance and support to young people, parents, and staff members on youth-related issues
