We are looking for a part-time, experienced office based Deputy Administrator, committed, honest and reliable with the confidence to carry out a range of tasks.

**MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records;
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for quotes, domestic and commercial invoices;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keeping electronic records up to date, i.e. customer database, key holder records;
- Targeting and meeting with potential customers to gain new business;
- Monitoring of outstanding payments;
- Reporting to the Company Director;
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office and management team

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST**:

- Be proficient in using Officed Suite (Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc) for document creation and collaboration
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Have ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Is proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Live in Shepperton or surrounding area for easy commuting
- Be in possession of of a full driving license and own vehicle
- Be reliable, honest and committed to work following company rules and standards

**WE OFFER**:

- 8 working hours per week to start, permanent contract.
- A salary of £11.50/hr
