Administrative Support for Independent Financial Advisors in Shepperton

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Private Client Administrator to join our team in Shepperton, providing vital administrative support.

This role combines office-based work with flexibility to work from home when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing expert administrative support and managing new business submissions to providers.
  2. Maintaining accurate and complete client records on iO and ensuring paperwork is completed correctly.
  3. Developing comprehensive documentation for client meetings, incorporating literature, illustrations, and provider forms.
  4. Fostering strong relationships with external providers through regular email and phone communication.
  5. Closing plans efficiently on iO and verifying income expectations.
  6. Supporting colleagues during holidays and contributing to exceptional client experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree relevant to this industry or one year's experience in the financial services sector, preferably in an administrative role for an independent whole-of-market IFA.
  • At least one year's experience of Intelligent Office.
  • Thorough technical knowledge covering investments, pensions, protection for High Net Worth Individuals, Trusts, and Corporates, including the underwriting process.
  • Familiarity with FCA rules and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £41,000 annually
