About The Role
As the National Sales Manager for Conferences and Events at Butlin's, your key responsibility will be to drive sales growth across our three Resorts. You will lead the sales strategy for conferences, meetings, and events, developing strong client relations and fostering a culture of excellence in sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and exceed targets.
