We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our UK team, working closely with the Director of Inside Sales UK. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our sales strategy, drive team performance, and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Inside Sales UK on strategic decisions and initiatives
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate on long-term planning for team growth and development
  • Lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Team Leaders
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Implement strategies for team expansion and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the gift card or prepaid products industry
  • 4+ years experience managing an inside sales team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading and developing inside sales teams and first-time managers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technologies
