About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Access Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Senior Territory Manager - Wound Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market access and commercial growth in the wound care sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior NHS decision-makers, including directors, heads of service, and commissioners.
  • Provide clinical and commercial expertise to support the development of business cases and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in wound care sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the NHS and its decision-making processes.
