Job Description

This job involves working as an Area Sales Manager Fencing & Natural Stone Paving Products for Mitchell Maguire, a leading construction field sales recruitment consultancy. You will be responsible for promoting a range of fencing, natural stone paving and building products to national & independent builders merchants, buying groups, landscape stockists, garden centre and distributors.

Salary Details

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of £5,000 - £10,000. A car allowance of £7,000 and full benefits package are also included.

Responsibilities
  • Field sales position promoting a range of fencing, natural stone paving and building products.
  • All time spent selling to national & independent builders merchants, buying groups, landscape stockists, garden centre and distributors.
  • May have small exposure to contractors.
  • Inheriting a turnover of circa £4m.
Requirements

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Must have field sales experience in the landscape, fencing, natural stone or related product background.
  • Must have sold to merchants.
  • Tenacious, hungry and ambitious personality.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • IT Literate.
