Job Description

As a UK Area Business Development Manager with White Recruitment Construction, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the South of the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Stay informed about competitor products and industry advancements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of selling circa 20 units per year.
  • Evidence of achieving circa £4m annual sales revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment.
  • Experience in managing own diary and territory.
Benefits:
  • Salary up to £70,000 + Commission.
  • Company Car (BMW).
  • 25 days annual leave.
  • Private healthcare.

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum.
