- An estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
- As a Customer Success Adoption Manager, you'll grow your existing portfolio of accounts, elicit new referrals, and excel in a team-based environment.
- You'll collaborate with other teams, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and continually develop industry knowledge and commercial understanding.
About You
- You have 1+ years proven experience within customer-facing roles, marketing, or e-commerce, and are confident and personable with the ability to present in masterclass-type events both in-person and virtually.
- Digital marketing experience, especially in an email marketing and/or SaaS environment, is desirable but not essential.
