We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Professional to join our dynamic team at The National College. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing key account customers, improving health scores, and handling escalations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer relationship management, with experience in CRM systems like HubSpot. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager to support renewal and cancellation processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account manage allocated key account customers to ensure personal and company KPIs are achieved, increasing customer advocacy and satisfaction.
  • Support the Key Account Manager on renewals and cancellations, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer complaints, working collaboratively with the Key Accounts Manager to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain relationships with key account customers' teams to understand their needs and feedback, relaying this information to the Manager of Key Accounts.
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform product and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management, with experience in CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software is a plus.
