General Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales executives to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective sales processes.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive sales growth.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Group 1 Automotive remains competitive.
