About the Role

Glen Callum Associates Automotive Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business in the UK, selling directly to garages and workshops in the East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Plan, manage, and implement sales activities to increase market share in the UK.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up, and maintain accurate customer records on the company database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the wider sales team, marketing, customer support, and order processing to achieve sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Attend automotive industry events and trade shows to engage with customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Successful experience in a direct/field sales role is essential.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Previous knowledge or experience of the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
  • Diagnostic Tools: A knowledge of diagnostic tools or automotive technology products is highly advantageous.
  • Self-Motivation: Happy to work on your own initiative for most of the week, be a self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary £40-45k + Commission, OTE uncapped.
