SME Commercial Sales Executive Opportunity

NFU Mutual Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as an Internal SME Commercial Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow our business strategy by driving the delivery of new key Commercial business sales and consistently meeting personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the business remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance/financial services sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales support systems
  • Minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
