We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our East Anglia team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement innovative commercial and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the waste management industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
