We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our East Anglia team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement innovative commercial and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the waste management industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
