Accelerate Facilities: Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to drive our sales initiatives forward and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic networking, industry events, and proactive outreach.
  3. Sales Conversion: Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  4. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a quality-led customer service approach in every interaction, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using these insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending actions for continuous improvement.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with departments including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the facility management or related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  2. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and quality.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
