Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Practice at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering risk and insurance solutions to large clients in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service and ensure the delivery of required services to clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and risk management requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead a supporting service team and maintain effective working relationships with Claims Advocates.
- Optimise revenue from new and existing clients through the use of appropriate placement channels.
- Strong practical knowledge of account development and sales processes.
- Experience in new business sales and a track record of converting prospects to clients.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, prospects, and external specialists.
- Ability to work with and adhere to processes and systems to support client services.
