We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering risk and insurance solutions to large clients in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects, with a focus on retention and new business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
- Relevant education and professional qualifications, such as a degree and ACII or similar.
- Strong practical knowledge of account development and sales processes.
- Experience in managing clients with global programs and a proven track record of converting prospects to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with and adhere to processes and systems to support client services.
