This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning field. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business growth, using your expertise and people skills to secure new clients and maintain existing relationships. You will work closely with our Ipswich branch, serving a wide range of clients, and provide them with expert advice and guidance on HVAC systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, and/or AHUs
  • Customer relationship management experience within the industry
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of systems
  • High financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage large budgets and resources
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to forge strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and contractors
  • A thorough understanding of and ability to deliver outstanding and continuous customer service
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365
