Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled office administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As an office administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Head Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records, invoicing customers using Sage 50, resolving customer queries, and co-ordinating with maintenance staff. You will also be required to cover for the office manager in their absence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent administration skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience of using Sage 50. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are also essential.
