Job Overview

Creative Support Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join their team in Leicestershire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, respectful, and person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.


Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent person-centred care and support to tenants to assist and develop everyday living skills.
  • Work within positive behaviour support guidelines and encourage service users to live socially inclusive lives.
  • Build trusting and friendly rapport with service users and work within local and corporate policies in a dignified manner.

Requirements
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience working in social care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Benefits
  • A competitive salary of approximately £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work towards the nationally recognised Care Certificate and Social Care Diploma.
