Care Support Specialist

Care Support Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents at CV-Library's residential facility in Hallaton Village, near Market Harborough.
We seek an experienced candidate to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with other care staff to create tailored care plans that address each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Your key responsibilities will include administering medication, providing personal care, and contributing to the development of care plans, while maintaining accurate records of resident care and treatment.
This position offers a competitive salary from £34,944.00 per annum, plus benefits, including a comprehensive training program, generous annual leave package, and overtime rates.
To succeed in this role, we require a minimum of 6 months experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a related field, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and basic IT skills.
