We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Shaftesbury.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized support and encouragement to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
- Administering personal care and medication as needed
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a welcome bonus of £500 upon completion of a successful probationary period, we offer flexible shift patterns and an excellent training package to support your professional growth.
