About the Role

Careline Lifestyles Ltd is a leading independent provider of high-quality nursing and residential care, specializing in acquired brain injuries, neurological, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities for individuals over 18 years old.

As a Staff Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting regional staff between Newcastle and Harbottle (Northumberland) on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage and upkeep reports
  • Ensure timely arrival of support staff at their designated shifts
  • Foster a positive and approachable demeanor, promoting a calm environment during transportation

You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and ensure the well-being of our support staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid full UK manual car driving licence with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience (with no more than 3 points)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
