**Service Coordinator**

**Duties**:

- Schedule the service calendar on a month-by-month basis confirming with clients and the wider team
- Monitor tools and parts to send away for calibration
- Booking accommodation for engineers for the upcoming week

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft software and other relevant tools for managing customer interactions
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to negotiate effectively
