Aftersales and Warranty Administrator

**Job Title: Aftersales / Warranty Administrator**
**Primary Function**:Working as part of the Commercial Office Team, you will be responsible for the administration of After Sales Service and Warranty Claims. We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is friendly and approachable, have an engaging personality and a passion for the work they do. You are organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines and processes.
Accountabilities/Typical Duties:
2. To ensure we have all the documentation required to order materials and components.
3. To order parts and components and coordinate with the factory and sub-suppliers
4. To coordinate site visits with builders, contractors, or end-users
5. To coordinate our Site Service Teams. Plan work, making weekly work schedule for site service team
6. To develop and maintain a professional, positive working relationship with customers and sub-suppliers.
7. To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards within enquiry processing and service resolution, including analysis of repeat occurrences and implementation of effective corrective actions.
8. Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**Qualifications, knowledge and experience**:
- Previous experience with After Sales and Customer Care
- Good IT skills and experience working in the Microsoft packages.
- Fluent in English - oral and written
**Skills and aptitude**:
- Excellent customer awareness and focus and ability to deal with customer complaints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Excellent decision making / problem solving capabilities
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Good judgement, showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach.
- Confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
