Senior Support Worker Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our inclusive care team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring all individuals are treated with respect and their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support your team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to care plans and maintain a high standard of care.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the team, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  • Promote inclusion and equality within the service, ensuring everyone is treated with dignity.
  • Liaise with families, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure effective care coordination.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a leadership role within the care sector.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
  • Relevant qualifications in care or management (preferred but not essential).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £27,227.20 - £29,515.20 depending on qualifications.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • 6.6 weeks of annual leave.
