We are looking for an Executive Compensation Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing executive compensation strategies for our clients in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement executive compensation strategies, including LTIPs and equity plans
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver reward transformation projects
  • Provide expertise on pay transparency and gender pay gap reporting

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and reward schemes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
