The company has undergone significant growth and is now recruiting for this newly created role due to exceptional growth plans. This opportunity offers a chance to shape the future of executive compensation at Oakleaf Partnership.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £150,000 (plus 65% bonus potential) and a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office). Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance scheme, pension plan, and generous annual leave allowance.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective executive compensation strategy that aligns with business objectives. This involves working closely with senior leaders to develop compensation plans that drive performance and retention.
