Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Insight Enterprises. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling, and developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals.

About the Role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and retention, leveraging your knowledge of our clients' businesses and our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, particularly in the technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
