Field Sales Account Manager - Building Solutions

Role Overview: In the position of Field Sales Account Manager, you will oversee current accounts and explore new business avenues within the building solutions sector. Collaborating closely with wholesalers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders, you will drive sales initiatives and work towards achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Enhance and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Assess their requirements, offer product suggestions, and ensure prompt order processing.

Evaluate account performance and resolve any challenges swiftly.

New Business Development:

Discover potential clients and opportunities within the building solutions market.

Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis.

Showcase our product range and negotiate agreements.

Sales Objectives:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Market Awareness:

Remain updated on industry developments, competitor actions, and customer trends.

Utilize this insight to refine your sales approach.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in field sales and account management within the building solutions industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Capability to operate independently and effectively manage your territory.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
