Field Sales Account Manager - Construction Materials

Role Overview: In the capacity of Field Sales Account Manager, you will oversee current accounts and pursue new business avenues within the construction materials sector. Your collaboration with wholesalers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders will be crucial in driving sales and meeting revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Enhance and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Assess their requirements, offer product suggestions, and ensure prompt order processing.

Evaluate account performance and swiftly resolve any concerns.

New Business Development:

Pinpoint potential clients and prospects in the construction materials market.

Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis.

Showcase our product range and negotiate agreements.

Sales Objectives:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Market Awareness:

Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and customer trends.

Utilize this information to refine your sales approach.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in field sales and account management within the construction materials sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Capability to operate independently and manage your designated area effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
