**About the Role:**

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within three channels: independent retail, grocery, and franchises, as well as petrol stations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting multiple store visits a day to educate retailers on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.
  • Selling a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons, with a focus on upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, their employees, and wholesalers.
  • Maintaining and developing an existing account base, with a focus on commercial exposure and building excellent rapport with accounts.
  • Field sales management and account management, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • A full UK driving license with no more than three points.
  • A strong passion for sales and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
