Role: Field Sales Representative
Location: Sheffield
Overview of the Role:
This role will require you to work inside prebooked independent retailer stores to raise awareness, drive trial, and ultimately sell Ploom (heated tobacco) to qualified and engaged customers.
You will be working independently, and it is essential that you are a driver who owns a vehicle because you will be responsible for owning, setting up, and managing your own Pop Up setup and stock.
Key Information:
· Comprehensive, paid mandatory face-to-face training will take place on 30th September in our London Head Office, and travel contribution to/from London will be covered.
· The role goes live from Tuesday 1st October and will continue until the end of December.
· You will work 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday.
Hours, Pay, and Benefits:
· Working hours are either 10:00am – 16:00pm or 12:00pm – 18:00pm, 35 hours per week (subject to variation).
· You will be paid £16 p/h (+ holiday time automatically added), plus up to £20 per day for travel expenses, which are reimbursed on the provision of a valid receipt.
· Exciting incentives for additional pay when targets are hit.
· You will be paid via PAYE – unfortunately, we cannot employ those who are self-employed.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of the reduced-risk products category is highly beneficial.
· Experience in face-to-face sales.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Influential and authentic to the audience.
· Self-motivated.
· Process-driven.
· Car owner and driver with access to a car for the duration of the role.
