**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the FMCG industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting multiple store visits a day to educate retailers on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising, and marketing products effectively.
  • Selling a wide range of FMCG brands and add-ons, with a focus on upselling and developing strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers.
  • Maintaining and developing an existing account base, with a focus on commercial exposure and building excellent rapport with accounts.
  • Field sales management and account management, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • A full UK driving license with no more than 3 points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
