About the Role:

This nuclear assessment professional role provides an opportunity to apply and further develop your skills, knowledge, and interest in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths). You will be responsible for undertaking training in different areas of safety assessment and safety cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop your skills and knowledge in a STEM subject.
  • Undertake training in different areas of safety assessment and safety cases.
  • Apply your skills on a range of operations and projects, including desk-based activities, computational modelling, and plant visits.

You will be following the Nuclear Science and Engineering, Level 6 standard, and will receive comprehensive training and support throughout your career with us.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must have a good academic background, have attained or be on track to achieving 5 GCSE's 9-4 (A-C) including Maths and English, and be on track to complete, or have obtained a Level 3 qualification, such as A-levels, or completed an advanced apprenticeship.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on the title, job description, and location.
