We are recruiting for a Site Care Specialist to join our team at Manpower UK in Oxford City Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the college premises, ensuring health and safety compliance, and providing excellent support to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the college premises to a high standard.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Liaison with cleaners to maintain internal standards.
- Performance of equipment checks and maintenance tasks.
- Conducting regular fire drills and inspections.
- Lifting, moving, and rearranging equipment and furniture as needed.
Requirements:
- Good English and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and flexibility.
- Good IT skills and accurate record keeping.
- Able to work collaboratively and on own initiative.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
