About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves managing multiple sites, ensuring high-quality support services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory standards.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £46,000 per annum, plus benefits. Our comprehensive package includes fully paid training, funded professional qualifications, annual excellence awards, long-service recognition, and a leadership development academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional care management services, improving the quality of everyday life and achieving individual goals.
  • To manage over 1000 hours of care provision across various locations in South Oxfordshire.
  • To develop and implement strategies for driving improvement within budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a manager with an NVQ 5 in Care and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with people with autism and learning disabilities.
  • An understanding of learning disabilities, autism, relevant legislation, and CQC standards.
