Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Delivery Specialist to join our Project Delivery team at Clarke Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of assigned construction and engineering projects successfully at site level, adhering to time, scope, and quality requirements.

This is a full-time permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

The job offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, benefits including 25 days' holidays, enhanced holiday entitlement based on length of service, holiday buy and sell scheme, company pension scheme, health care cash plan, company car, life assurance, employee assistance programme, hybrid working, reward and recognition, development and investment in employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a relevant discipline, such as construction, electrical or mechanical engineering. They should have a good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental issues, IT skills – Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Teams, able to communicate and use VPN, video conferencing and mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing Health, Safety and Environmental standards
  • Acting as the client's primary focus
  • Managing subcontractors and their works
  • Taking charge of project logistics
  • Responsible for digitally updating the provided project plan
  • Managing the delivery of assigned Inspection Test Plans
  • Organising and managing the site mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Managing RAMS reviews
