About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional MEP Services Delivery Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the construction of MEP services on projects exceeding £5m+ in value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and trade contractors. A proven track record of delivering complex projects, with a focus on time efficiency and profitability, is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on hyperscale Data Centre projects, utilising your expertise in construction delivery, project management, and health, safety, and welfare core elements. You will be responsible for building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction of MEP services, ensuring compliance with Mace standards.
  • Accountable for the construction aspects of MEP services and site environment management.
  • Liaise and coordinate with key project stakeholders, forming strong working relationships.
  • Manage programme review process, checking for productivity, key issues, and trade to trade coordination.
  • Implement delivery strategies and programmes for all phases of the project.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of planning processes and management.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial management.
  • Trade/Technical Engineering apprenticeship.
  • SMSTS and CSCS card.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful projects/contribution.
