Territory Business Development Manager

Job Summary
">Solventum seeks a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for growing our sales revenue and expanding our customer base by executing Solventum's Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for 3M Negative Pressure Wound Therapy in both acute and community settings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
">This role will involve:
- Executing value-based pricing strategies to drive profitable growth
- Developing and implementing business plans to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use
- Maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements
">To be considered for this position, the candidate must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, clinical)
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
">This position comes with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Solventum also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
