Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
As a Sales and Growth Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and expanding their clientele through effective relationship building and consultative support. You will also develop your own new sales pipeline by generating leads, cold calling, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure high retention and net revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' businesses to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Travel occasionally to face-to-face meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle internal administration tasks such as updating CRM systems, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support.
- Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
