Job Overview

TLP Consultancy, a trusted partner of Toyota (GB) PLC, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Talent and Learning Development team.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Manager, Talent and Learning Development, and wider team.
  • Support the People Team in delivering training and development initiatives to internal customers.
Day-to-Day Duties
  • Manage the Learning and HR inboxes to ensure first-class customer service.
  • Liaise with external providers and arrange logistics for in-house and virtual training.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and create monthly reports on attendance and completion rates.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent administrative and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work at pace and maintain attention to detail.
  • Organized and willing to support the organization of others.
  • Excellent communicator, both phone and face-to-face.
  • IT literate with intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly Word & Excel.
